The Institut de la Finance Durable (IFD) aims to coordinate, federate and accelerate action by the Paris financial center to achieve the ecological transition and transform the economy towards a low-carbon and inclusive model, in line with the objectives of the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals.
IFD represents the French Funding and Investment Entity. IFD's main role will be to mobilize the French private financial sector to finance the climate change adaptation strategy of Eurométropole de Strasbourg, the French case study selected by the program.
