AdEPorto - Porto Energy Agency - is a private non-profit association with public interest, created in 2007, that promotes sustainable development, and climate and energy transitions in the Porto Metroplitan Area, north of the Douro River. The Agency operates in a territory of more than 990 km2, covering about a tenth of the Portuguese population (>1.1 million). In addition to the associated to 10 municipalities, AdEPorto has over 24 partner entities, from scientific and academic institutions to energy service providers and consumer protection associations.
AdEPorto will facilitate the work in the Portuguese case studies, in Porto, Maia and Matosinhos municipalities.
